If for any reason there is a change in your transfer you can go to "My
Reservation". By using “My Reservtion” you can view, transfer, cancel and
suspend your transfer.
How can i find you at the Airport ?
There will be a staff waiting for you at the exit holding a sign saying
Holiday Transfer, the exit is located after the baggage and customs area.
If I can not find the appropriate person from Holiday Transfer,
what should I do ?
If our staff can not find you, the appropriate member of staff from
Holiday Transfer will call your mobile phone. If this should happen please
keep your mobile phone swithced on when it is safe to do so in the airport.
You can also try to reach the staff at Holiday Transfer by using the
emegency number on your reservation form.
If I can not be at the meeting point or if my flight is delayed,
what should I do ?
Shuttle Service: If you are
late or have a delay within 45 minutes of your transfer time Then you can
use the next Holiday Transfer shuttle service. You can get the details of the next
shuttle service available to you by calling the emegency number which is on
your reservation form. We will not charge you for this service. If you do
not want to wait for the next shuttle service, you can book a private
transfer by asking a staff from Holiday Transfer or calling the emergency
number on your reservation form, you will be charged for this service.
Private and VIP transfers: If
you are late or have a delay when arriving you must contact Holiday
Transfer
either by telephone or text message. We will not charge you as your driver
will be waiting for you. If your flight has arrived on time and we can not
find you at the meeting point, nor can we reach you by telephone, we will
leave after 60 minutes of your transfer time. If this was to happen we will
not refund your payment.
Please note that; if you inform us that you will be delayed, your
transfer driver will wait for you and Holiday Transfer will not leave you
stranded!
When I pay by credit card will you use the Exchange rates ?
You have the option to choose which currency you wish to pay by whilst
booking your reservation online. Please choose the currency which is the
same as your credit card, e.g if you are using a Bitish credit card you
would pay in pounds, the Exchange rate is not used. If your credit card is a
currency that is not used on our web page you can stil make a booking but
the banks will use the Exchange rates (this will be a very small fee)
Are there any extra charges involved ?
No, you only need to pay the previously specified amount.
If there is a delay on our behalf due to weather or traffic conditions
you will be notified immediately through the contact number you’ve provided,
so please make sure it is correct.
Last minute reservation requests;
We do not accept last minute reservations from certain airports, if you
would like to make a last minute reservation. Please go to “Contact” and
fill in the contact form. We will use all of our resources to make sure that
we can help you. To view last minute dates please go to "Rates tab then
Airports".
Should I tip?
Tipping is left to the discretion of the customers. Please note
that you do not have to pay anymore money once you have bought your
transfer.
What vehicles are you providing for the transfer ?
You can view the transfer vehicles by going to "Rates > Airport".
Pricing for Children;
Children between the ages of 0 – 2 years are classed as infants, children
between the ages of 3 – 11 years are classed as a child, children over the
age of 12 are classed as adults.
Transfers with pets;
Shuttle service; If you where
to travel with a pet we will accept this as long as they are under 5kg and
not over. Pets must be kept in a cage. Please ensure that your pet does not
disturb other passengers.
Private and VIP transfers:
Please ensure you have enough space in the transfer vehicle for the amount
of pets you have. Be sure to book a bigger vehicle if you have more than one
pet or judging on how big your pet is.
For a problem-free transfer please read the information below!
For departure reservations; Domestic flights require to
check in 1 hour prior and international flights need to check in 2 hours
prior to the flight. We reccomend that you judge you picking up time by
these details above.
Arrival reservations; When your flight lands you will
need to leave enough time for you to get your luggage and go through
customs, please take this in mind when you are choosing your pick up time.
To make sure that there are no problems at your Pick Up time, the contact
telephone number you supply us must be valid as the customer this is your
responsibility . HolidayTransfer.NET can not be held responsible for any
problems which may arise due to incorrect telephone numbers.
